Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, Parking is available at our Residence. We have limited parking space therefore you should always reserve a spot upfront to make sure you have secured parking. The overnight parking fee is €25 per night.  When you stay 3 nights or longer the parking is €17,50 per night. The parking charge is an additional charge to the Apartmentrate and is not included unless otherwise noted in the package.

Early check-in/Late check-out

Check-in starts from 15:00 to 19:00, Early Check-in is possible free of charge if the apartment is already available. To ensure to have early access to the accommodation we recommend to book an extra night in advance.

Check-out is at 11:00, Late Check-out is possible until 14:00 and upon request. For a late Check-out we ask a fee of €10  per extra hour

Where can we pick up the keys

We have a reception at our Residence where you can pick up the key.

 

The Reception is on the left from the main entrance.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

We accept all major credit cards/debit cards and cash. When you check in, we will hold the full room and tax total, plus €100 deposit

Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?

Wireless internet access is available throughout the aparment.

Do you Accept Pets

Yes this a pet friendly hotel and your dog and/or cat is welcome. All sizes and weights of dogs are accepted

For all pets we have an additional fee of €25 Per Pet Per Day

Always tell us that you are coming with your pet when you make the reservation.

 

How many People are allowed in one apartment?

In Our Studio Apartment 2 guests are allowed to stay,a third person is allowed to stay for an additional fee of €25. Children till the age of 3 can stay free of charge. Children till the age of 12 there is an additional €15 fee. For Children from the age of 12 there is an additional €25 fee

In Our 1 Bedroom Apartment  2 guests are allowed to stay,a third person is allowed to stay for an additional fee of €25. Children till the age of 3 can stay free of charge. Children till the age of 12 there is an additional €15 fee. For Children from the age of 12 there is an additional €25 fee

In Our 2 Bedroom Apartment  4 guests are allowed to stay, a fifth person is allowed to stay for an additional fee of €25. Children till the age of 3 can stay free of charge. Children till the age of 12 there is an additional €15 fee. For Children from the age of 12 there is an additional €25 fee

 

Do you offer breakfast

Jordans Residence does not offer Breakfast at the moment. However we have many alternatives for our guests.

All our apartments are equipped with a kitchenette or kitchen for the guest to create a wonderfull meal. Also Our residence is located in a area with many great breakfast options on walking distance.

Is this a Hotel?

Jordans Residence is not a hotel we provide move in ready Short Stay Apartments for guests who are looking for alternatives to stay at a hotel. You can stay here as short as 1 night but also as long as you want.

Our short stay apartments offer the perfect solution for guests who are in a transition to look for a new temporary Home. We deliver an apartment equipped with all the facilities that you would have at home such as; Kitchen with dishwasher and oven or microwave, (Smart)TV, Bed, Wardrobe.

Our apartments are on average 50-60m2 and have high ceilings and large windows.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation policy varies on the rate you have selected for your reservation.

The standard cancellation policy: cancellation must be done latest 48 hours prior to arrival (3pm local hotel time) to avoid cancellation fee.

Please note that for special rates, packages, certain length of stay and certain seasons, this policy is subject to change.

Can I Book an apartment for longer than 30 days?

In case you want to book an apartment for longer than 30 days we ask you to contact our office with your detailed request at info@JordansResidence.com

We will make you an offer within 48 hours.

Is linen included in the apartment?

All Apartments are included with fresh linen.

Will my Credit Card be debited before arrival?

When you have booked a non-refundable reservation your apartment Credit Card will be debited before arrival.

When you have booked a Refundable reservation your card will not be debited. You can pay with card of choice the full amount of your stay at Check-In

Is a deposit required?

For stays shorter than 7 days we ask €100 deposit at Check-in. This amount will be authorized from your Credit Card. After Check-out the authorization will be removed.

For stays longer than 7 days we ask €250 deposit at Check-in. This amount will be authorized from your Credit Card. After Check-out the authorization will be removed.

Top Floor Apartment

Top Floor Apartment

This 1 Bedroom Apartment is situated on the ground floor of our Residence. The 15m2 Bedroom fits a Comfortable Double Bed and Wardrobe closet. The living area has a Sofa, Smart Flat screen Tv, and Cozy eating table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an Oven, HOB, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator with freezer, Pots, Pans, Coffee machine and utensils. The Bathroom comes with a shower, soap, Washing Machine and Dryer.
Throughout the whole apartment there is Wi-Fi available.
For the interior neutral colors are used such as; white, taupe and brown. This gives the apartment an inviting atmosphere.
This short stay apartment is easy accessible for eldery guests. Great to book for longer periods, and/or for vacation.
